Shipping is a flat fee,
$2.50 no matter how many stones you purchase or what the weight is for USA and
Canada. Hawaii and Alaska are included..
Why am I doing this? Well, I hate paying shipping as much as you do.
Since over the last two years I have had only a few orders under $20.00
I've decided it will just be more simple to eliminate those nasty shipping
charges, and I like keeping things simple.
*(Just in case I missed one, you have two choices. You can email me
and I will correct the add to cart button, or I can just refund the ship charge
should it show up. I hate to admit mistakes and over sights but heck, I am
human. It was quite an undertaking to remove the shipping charges.

Shipping
will be via USPS 1st class mail, your proof of mailing will be by post office
receipt, there will be No Tracking info available, and Seller will not be held
responsible for lost or Damaged orders.

It is simple!
Email the details: The $ dollar amount of the certificate, name, email address
and your message. I will send you an invoice. Your recipient can take as long
as they want to choose their awesome beads, cabs or findings, they can spend as
much as they want, when they want. I will hold the credit open for the gifted
amount and email an accounting of purchases and credits. Volume discounts do
not apply to Gift Certificates. All the recipient has to do is email their
choice. Now how much more simple can it get!

Special Orders: On occasion I get requests for
stock I don't have. However, I do have numerous contacts that may have what you
are looking for so, just send an email and ask.
Special Orders must be
paid up front and in full.
Refunds are made on a case by case basis; be
sure you really want what you are special ordering.
In case of a refund, all
shipping charges will be deducting including the shipping charges we pay to get
your special order to us and then to you. In addition, the cost of the credit
card processors fees on your original purchase. In other words, think before
you commit to buying something. We don't charge for the unlimited time we may

Away or Time Pay
If you have a large order or an expensive stone and
you need to pay it over time. Please send us an email we will make
arrangements.
We will extend time up to 90 days. You will receive an invoice
from PayPal. If your payments aren't made on time the deal is off, you will
have a 20% restock fee applied to your refund. So again, know what you are
buying. No interest will be applied. Volume discounts do not apply to time pay
offers. |

Your name, email address, all
information will not now and not ever be shared with anyone, period.
Other
companies such as PayPal have their own disclosure (they don't share
either).
I do gather visitor information in a
general way via google but it's nothing personal; mostly
geographical.
